Welcome to

Here at Trinity Institute (Australia), we are driven by our goal to empower our students to meet their full potential. We aim to do so by delivering an effective learning environment that challenges and stimulates the minds of our students. We have found that learning is more effective when fun is involved, and students have the opportunity to develop a sense of belonging.
A college may be an academic entity, but its responsibilities go far beyond studies. Trinity Institute (Australia) recognises this, and endeavours to ensure that each and every student has the opportunity to develop themselves and become well-rounded individuals in the professional world. Our commitment to achieving this is evident in the strong work ethic of our teaching staff, our cultural mix and our emphasis on personal and academic development. We value the diverse background of our learners and demonstrate this in our teaching, curriculum and services.
Our mission at Trinity Institute (Australia) is to be a centre for learning, bringing in students from all around the world. We are committed to providing quality education, celebrating diversity and adopting a proactive approach to personal skills development.
As a quality provider, Trinity Institute (Australia) keeps up to date with trends in education and is continually striving to improve our courses. After exploring the best options, Trinity Institute (Australia) courses are delivered using the following types of weekly sessions:
- Practical sessions – 7 hours each week – conducted face-to-face either in our workshops, our kitchens or on our campuses. This is where students participate in high-impact hands-on training and assessment. Trainers recreate realistic workplace scenarios for students to use appropriate tools and equipment, be given time to learn and practice their skills, with a focus on skills attainment and demonstration.
- Theory sessions – 7 hours each week – conducted face-to-face on our campuses. These sessions include trainers providing interactive and engaging delivery of learning content, using various multimedia and techniques, to help students learn the underpinning knowledge for their course. Trainers enhance delivery with real-world examples, and students participate in activities for individuals or small groups, with a focus on delivery of theoretical or knowledge-based course content.
- Supervised study sessions – 6 hours each week – conducted online in real-time. These dedicated weekly sessions are for students to work with their trainer and peers on any areas that need concentrated focus. It could be catching up on course content, working with peers on activities, preparing for upcoming practical sessions or vocational placement, clarifying previous learning, working on assessments, or completing learning activities.
In addition, most courses also have an expectation that students will complete their own self-directed learning (often called ‘study’) each week, with the amount of hours dependent on which course the student is enrolled in. Just click on a course above to find out that course’s requirements.
… and don’t forget that some courses also include between 200-360 hours of Vocational Placement. These are scheduled for 20-30 hours per week where students attend a host workplace instead of attending scheduled sessions.
It is very important for students to attend all scheduled sessions!
